Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Aerial Resupply, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) under the Tactical Advisory offering. By purchasing or engaging in any service, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Tactical Advisory provides strategic guidance, voice development, content direction, and ghostwriting services for founders and executives.

Services are advisory and strategic in nature. The Company provides guidance, written materials, and content based on information provided by the Client.

The Company does not provide social media management, account administration, advertising services, or marketing execution unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. No Performance Guarantees

The Client acknowledges that:

• No guarantees are made regarding audience growth, engagement, leads, revenue, or business outcomes.

• Results depend on market conditions, platform behavior, and the Client’s implementation.

• The Company is not responsible for business performance resulting from the use or non-use of provided materials.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Participate in scheduled calls or communications

• Review and implement materials as desired

• Schedule and publish content independently

The Company does not post content, manage accounts, or operate Client platforms.

4. Content Delivery & Revisions

Content and materials are delivered on a rolling schedule as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Drafts are provided for Client use. The Client may edit, adapt, schedule, or modify content at their discretion.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Deliverables include one round of clarification if needed

• Ongoing revisions, rewrites, or additional content outside the agreed scope are not included

5. Content Engine Engagement Terms

Content Engine services require a minimum 90-day commitment.

After the initial term, the Client may choose to:

• Continue month-to-month at the current month-to-month rate, or

• Enter a new term agreement for continued service

Monthly capacity is reserved specifically for each Client.

If the Client delays participation or fails to provide input, work may be paused; however, billing will continue during the active engagement period.

6. Scheduling & Communication

The engagement includes:

• Monthly strategy or extraction calls

• Email communication for coordination and feedback

Response times are typically within normal business hours.

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions may be forfeited.

7. Payment Terms

All services are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, processes, methodologies, prompts, and internal systems.

Upon full payment:

• Content created specifically for the Client may be used by the Client for their personal or business purposes.

• The Company does not claim ownership of published Client content.

The Company reserves the right to reference work in a general or anonymized manner for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential business information shared during the engagement as private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are advisory in nature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Resupply, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunity, or reputation.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the most recent service period.

11. Termination

For ongoing services:

• The initial term must be completed as agreed.

• After the minimum term, either party may terminate with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion if the Client is unresponsive, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

12. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of themselves or their business.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
