All Tactical Advisory services are customized professional services. When a service is purchased, time and capacity are reserved specifically for the client.
Because of this reserved capacity and the customized nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Quality Commitment
Tactical Advisory guarantees the quality and professionalism of all work delivered.
If a service is not delivered as agreed due to an error or failure on our part, we will make reasonable corrections to fulfill the agreed scope.
This policy applies to service quality only.
Business outcomes, performance results, or growth metrics are not guaranteed.

Project Continuity (Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation)
Services may be postponed, delayed, or rescheduled at any time without penalty, subject to availability.
Purchased services do not expire and may be scheduled when the client is ready.
Because time and capacity are reserved in advance, payments remain due regardless of scheduling changes.

Strategy Sprint & Scheduled Sessions
If a scheduled session must be moved, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Sessions missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Content Engine (Ongoing Engagement)
The Content Engine requires a minimum commitment as outlined at the time of enrollment.
Early termination does not cancel the financial obligation for the minimum term.
After the minimum commitment period, services may be discontinued with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Clients are responsible for:
• Providing timely information and feedback
• Participating in scheduled sessions
• Implementing provided guidance as desired
Tactical Advisory is not responsible for outcomes affected by lack of participation or implementation.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services and may be disputed using this policy and service records.
